QR Code
Upon registration, you’ll receive a personal QR code, which will serve as your exclusive ticket to enter the celebration. Keep it handy for seamless access to the event.

Parking
If you decide to come by car we advise you to use the Q-park Westerpark.

We encourage you to plan ahead and avoid drinking and driving.

Please note that ASICS will provide hotel accommodation for the night of Thursday 12 December. Any additional hotel nights will be at your own cost. If you are arriving earlier for business purposes, then please make use of Egencia as always for all nights, except 12 December.

To extend your stay and see more of Amsterdam we would advise you to book a room here. This hotel is just outside the city center but has a very good public transport connection to the center and also to the airport.

Transport
Please indicate your transport preferences in the registration form for both your arrival and departure. Should your plans change, let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
 
Taxi home: Use a taxi to travel home after the party, only if you have not booked a hotel. Costs up to 65 euros can be reimbursed via Concur.

Celebrate the End of Year party with joy and responsibility. Treat all colleagues with respect and kindness. Inappropriate behaviour, such as excessive drinking or harassment, will not be tolerated and could lead to disciplinary action.
